The Security Tokens are not offered to the public in Switzerland. They may not be publicly offered, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (“FinSA”) unless and until a prospectus for the Security Tokens has been approved by, or the Base Prospectus has been recognised by, a Swiss reviewing body under Articles 51 and 54 of the FinSA and, for an offer to retail clients, a key information document within the meaning of Articles 58 to 63 of the FinSA has been prepared and made available. Until then the Security Tokens may be offered in Switzerland only in circumstances which do not constitute a public offer, or to professional clients within the meaning of the FinSA, and neither the Base Prospectus nor any other material on this website constitutes a prospectus or a key information document under the FinSA.

Once the Swiss prospectus or the recognition, and the key information document, are in place, the Issuer will publish a notice on this website.
